A 17-year-old Cleveland boy accused in the fatal shooting of another teenager outside a neighborhood deli is scheduled to be arraigned in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.

Investigators have said security video shows King inside the store before Stegall arrived. Authorities allege King met Stegall at the doorway holding a firearm and shot Stegall in the head before fleeing. Investigators have also said King arrived at the location in a stolen vehicle and left the scene in that vehicle, which was later recovered by police.
